Transfer coins between members using the /pay command.
## Usage
/pay @member amount — Send coins to another member from your balance.
The command validates that:
- You have enough coins to complete the transfer
- The amount is positive
- You aren't trying to pay yourself
Uses the server's MEE6 Economy plugin currency.
