Pay command

Send coins to someone

Que fait-il d’autre ?

Transfer coins between members using the /pay command.

## Usage

/pay @member amount — Send coins to another member from your balance.

The command validates that:
- You have enough coins to complete the transfer
- The amount is positive
- You aren't trying to pay yourself

Uses the server's MEE6 Economy plugin currency.

Add a /pay command that transfers coins from the caller to another member, refusing the transfer if they cannot afford it
