A purge command

Que fait-il d’autre ?

Bulk delete messages in a channel, restricted to staff.

Usage: /purge count:50

Requirements:
- Set the Staff role in settings (who can use this command)
- Only members with that role can purge messages
- Count must be between 1 and 100

How it works:
1. Staff member runs /purge with a count
2. The bot deletes that many recent messages (skips those older than 14 days)
3. Replies privately with how many were actually removed

The reply is ephemeral (only visible to you), so it doesn't clutter the channel.
