Assemble a crew and rob someone's coins

A cooperative heist game where members team up to rob coins from another member.

How to play:
- Use /heist @member to target someone with coins (minimum 100)
- Others have 2 minutes to join the crew by clicking the button
- The target cannot join the heist against themselves
- After 2 minutes, the heist executes automatically

Success mechanics:
- Base success rate: 20%
- Each crew member adds +15% (caps at 95% with 5+ members)
- Solo heist: 35% chance, 2 members: 50%, 3 members: 65%, etc.

Rewards & penalties:
- Success: Steal 30% of target's coins, split evenly among crew
- Failure: Each crew member pays a fine

One heist per channel at a time. Requires MEE6 Economy to be enabled.
