DM every new member

O que mais ele faz?

Welcomes new members with a friendly DM containing the server rules and automatically assigns them a newcomer role.

## Setup

Configure in the Settings tab:
- Newcomer role — the role to give new members (required)
- Server rules — customize the welcome message and rules text

## How it works

When someone joins the server:
1. They receive a DM with a welcome message and the server rules
2. They're automatically assigned the configured newcomer role

If a member has DMs disabled, the role is still assigned but the DM won't be delivered.
