Ask the Magic 8-Ball any yes/no question and receive a mystical answer!

Usage: /8ball question:<your question>

The 8-ball will respond with one of 20 classic answers:
- 10 positive responses (e.g., "It is certain", "Yes definitely")
- 5 non-committal responses (e.g., "Ask again later", "Cannot predict now")
- 5 negative responses (e.g., "Don't count on it", "Very doubtful")

Perfect for making important life decisions or just having fun with friends!
