A job system where members apply for one of three jobs (chef, mechanic, or artist), then work shifts by completing a 4-button color sequence memory game. Successfully completing a sequence earns coins based on job and level, with pay increasing from 40-250 coins per shift. After 5 consecutive successful shifts, members get promoted through 5 levels: Trainee → Junior → Senior → Expert → Master. Missing a sequence resets promotion progress. Includes a 5-minute cooldown between shifts.
