Automatically prefix nicknames based on role assignment

Automatically adds a customizable tag prefix to member nicknames when they gain a specific role, and removes it when they lose the role.

Setup:
1. Choose the role to track in settings
2. Set the tag prefix (default: [VIP])

How it works:
- When a member gains the configured role, their nickname is prefixed with the tag
- When they lose the role, the tag is automatically removed
- Gracefully handles members the bot cannot manage (server owner, higher roles)
- Won't add duplicate tags or interfere with other nickname prefixes
