Highlight Board

Repost messages that reach a reaction threshold

它還能做什麼？

Highlight Board reposts messages to a dedicated channel when they receive enough reactions.

## How it works
- When a message gets 5 reactions (configurable) with the same emoji, it's automatically reposted to your highlights channel
- The first emoji to reach the threshold wins
- Each message is only highlighted once, even if multiple emoji reach the threshold
- Staff members can highlight a message with just 1 reaction

## Commands
- /highlight random — Shows a random past highlight

## Setup
Configure in the dashboard:
- Highlights channel — Where highlighted messages are posted
- Reactions needed — How many reactions trigger a highlight (default: 5)
- Staff role — Members with this role can highlight with 1 reaction
