Privacy
What Bot Maker keeps when you build a module and when it runs on your server, who handles it, and when it is deleted. This page completes the MEE6 Privacy Policy.
While you build
Your conversations with the AI
What you ask, what the AI answers, and the code it writes and tests. They are kept with the module.
Your modules
Their code, every version you saved, their name and their description.
Your pictures
The pictures you upload and the ones the AI generates for a module.
Usage records
Which module and which server each AI request was for, and what it cost. They are deleted after 90 days.
While a module runs on your server
Its settings
What an admin chose for it: channels, roles, amounts, and who can use each command.
What it stores
Points, scores, counters, and what its code keeps about your members. Each entry stays until the module deletes it or its expiry date passes, when it has one, and at the latest until the module is removed from the server.
Its activity
What each run did, shown in the Activity tab. It is deleted after 3 days.
Who handles it
The AI assistant
It runs on various AI models, through OpenRouter, and the models used may change over time. OpenRouter and the providers of those models receive what you write to the AI and what it needs to answer you.
Generated pictures
They are made by AI image models, through OpenRouter, from the description the AI writes.
Storage
Everything else is stored in MEE6’s own databases, and pictures are served from our content network. The security copy described below is kept on Google Cloud.
Your members
Bot Maker sends nothing your members do on your server to an AI provider.
When you remove or delete
Removing a module from a server
Its settings and everything it stored there are deleted at once. What it stored cannot be recovered: deploying it again starts from scratch. A module marked Legacy loses that mark: deployed again, it counts toward your plan.
Deleting a module
Its code, its versions and its conversations are deleted at once. Its pictures, like any picture you delete, are deleted after 180 days; until then, they stay reachable at their link.
The security copy
A copy of a deleted module’s code, versions and conversations, and of the settings of a module removed from a server, is kept for up to 180 days in a separate log. Only MEE6 staff can read it, to investigate security issues and abuse, or to restore a module in exceptional cases. It is then deleted automatically.
A shared module
Deleting it does not remove it from the servers that installed it: it keeps running there, without your name.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, at [email protected]. When we delete it, your conversations are erased from the security copy too; the code you wrote stays there, without your name, until it expires.
